Arrival Updates!!!Arrival date has changed from Tuesday to Monday! CHECK THE SCHEDULE PAGE FOR UPDATES! Pre-Ride Trail meeting at 7:30 pm on Tuesday! Plans for After the Ride: We have an opportunity for all those who are interested to move closer to Kentucky Horse Park on Friday with their horses. Bryan Station Farm has offered to allow us to 'dry' park our trailers there for $50 for the three nights (Friday-Sunday). They have community paddocks available for $25/night/horse or stalling for $50/night/horse. Please contact Regina Clift for further information and to make arrangements: Regina Clift Camping Fee: $20/Trailer/Night - Stalls are $20/night - Some paddocks are available for $10/horse per night - contact Jan for more information. Horses can be kept at your trailer in some type of confinement or tied to the trailer. Team Applications are Available: Its time to get your friends together and form your teams! Applications for Teams are available on the Entry Form page. Opening Ceremony Requirements: All riders need to bring khaki colored (tan) pants for the Opening Ceremonies on July 28, 2010 at the Kentucky Horse Park. We will be providing you with a polo shirt to wear. Riders from Foreign Countries need to bring their country's flag for Opening Ceremonies - we prefer 3x5 foot flags if possible. Closing Ceremony Requirements: All riders participating in the Closing Ceremonies will need to wear riding attire - riding pants, boots, helmet, and a nice polo shirt or long sleeve shirt with collar. Closing Ceremonies will not be mounted. Requirements to Enter Kentucky with Equines: Horses being transported into or through the state of Kentucky must have a current negative coggins test (within 12 months) and a certificate of veterinary inspection (CVI), also known as a health certificate. Out of state health certificates are valid for up to 30 days and shall state the location of origination and final destination. Helpful link that explains how to enter FEI events Download Now
